Process and MSCA

Marie Sklodowska-Curie COFUND action

The PROCESS Fellowship Programme is a Marie Skłodowska-Curie COFUND action (MSCA) led by three Research Centres hosted at the University of Limerick. These are the Synthesis and Solid State Pharmaceutical Centre, the Dairy Processing Technology Centre, and the Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Technology Centre.

Candidates awarded a fellowship will have the opportunity to develop their research activities at these Research Centres whilst availing of the long-term benefits of being part of the prestigious group of MSCA fellows. We aim to equip researchers with the necessary skills and international experience for a successful career, either in the public or the private sector. The MSCA programme offers attractive working conditions and the opportunity to move between academic and other settings.

The PROCESS research training programme will provide Fellows with experience outside academia, developing industry-relevant skills.

Proposals to the Programme will be judged on their research quality, the researcher's future career prospects, and the support offered by the host organisation. Fellows are expected to spend part of their fellowship on secondment in industry. Those restarting their career in Europe benefit from special eligibility conditions.
